About Us

Rosehill Raptors was founded in 2015 and is a part of ABSL’s (Auckland Basketball Services Limited) affiliated Basketball clubs. We focus on the development of youth athletes through training skills and game-based leagues.

Our mission is to strive to teach children the basic fundamentals of basketball in the South Auckland region. We offer training to all school year levels (year 1-13) and of any ability.

Giving children in South Auckland the opportunity to learn, train and play basketball not only develops their basketball knowledge and ability but also instills everyday values such as teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.

We are currently training at Mangapikopiko School, located at 202 Park Estate Road, Rosehill. 

Thursday Night Training:

Year 1 - 4: 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm

Year 5 - 6: 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm

Year 7 - 8: 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm

We have a training fee of $30 a term for all players, bank account details are found on our home page and under the training link.
